How we build these lists
Dates come from promoters' own pages and public show calendars, then get normalized and checked against what we already have. A show only gets its own page once we know the venue, the street address, at least one upcoming date and one more concrete detail like admission or table count. Everything else stays a line on the state list until we can confirm it.
Shows that haven't been reverified in a while are marked as unconfirmed rather than quietly left up, so a date on this site is one somebody has actually checked recently.
