- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Cards AI → Cancel Subscription. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
- Why didn’t my card scan correctly?
- Make sure the card is well-lit, flat, and fully visible in the frame. The scanner works best with a plain, non-reflective background. If the AI misidentifies a card, try scanning again from a different angle.
- Where do the prices come from?
- All prices come from real completed sales on eBay and TCGplayer. We pull the most recent sold listings, remove outliers, and average the rest to calculate a market value.
- Can I restore my subscription on a new device?
- Yes — open Cards AI on your new device and go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will restore automatically.
- What cards can I scan?
- Cards AI supports Baseball, Basketball, Football, Hockey, Soccer, Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and Yu-Gi-Oh cards — both raw and graded (PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC).
- How do I delete my account and data?
- In the iOS app, open Settings → Delete Account. This removes your account and all associated data from our servers. You can also email us at cardsaicontact@gmail.com and we’ll delete any data associated with your device.
