What to know about Arizona card shops
Card shops across Arizona with a storefront you can walk into, from Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa and the West Valley to Tucson, Flagstaff, Prescott and Yuma. Each listing says what the shop carries, based on what the shop publishes itself.
Most of Arizona's card shops are in the Phoenix metro, and they spread out the way the Valley does. Sports card counters cluster in Scottsdale, west Phoenix and the East Valley, with shops in Mesa and Gilbert that stock sealed wax, vintage and graded slabs. TCG stores fill the strip centers in between, and several run Pokémon League nights, Magic drafts and One Piece or Lorcana events during the week.
Some Valley names have more than one store. Game Outpost has locations in Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe and Chandler, and the West Valley has its own run of shops in Glendale, Peoria, Goodyear and Youngtown.
Tucson has its own mix: sports card shops along Speedway, TCG stores on the east side, and Tucson Games and Gadgets in the malls. Up north, Flagstaff and Prescott each have a couple of shops, and Yuma, Kingman, Sierra Vista and Lake Havasu City have stores that serve collectors for miles around.
Hours change, so call ahead before you drive. Bring the cards you want to sell or trade, and scan them with Cards AI first so you know recent sold prices and a projected grade before you negotiate.
